President
Michel leads Pioneer’s marketing and purchasing departments with over 15 years of leadership in the heavy equipment and shipping sectors. He holds a BBS from Florida International University and a MIBA from the University of South Carolina. Having traveled extensively throughout Africa and Latin America, Michel is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese, ensuring seamless communication with our global partners.
Suzette Allen
Chief Financial Officer
Suzette oversees Pioneer’s international finance and shipping operations, bringing over 18 years of expertise in logistics and global trade finance. She earned her BSC in Accounting and Economics from the University of the West Indies and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburgh Business School. Her deep understanding of international financial instruments allows Pioneer to offer flexible, secure payment solutions to clients worldwide.
Jessica Garces
Logistics Coordinator
Jessica manages Pioneer’s comprehensive international logistics services, including ocean freight coordination and critical documentation like U.S. Customs clearance. With over 7 years of specialized experience in the construction and shipping industries, she ensures that every piece of heavy equipment is moved efficiently from our Jacksonville facility to its final destination, navigating the complexities of global supply chains.
Sama Kalu Ekpenyong
Director of Operations - Nigeria
Sama serves as the head of Pioneer’s international office in Nigeria, providing essential on-the-ground support for our West African operations. A graduate of the University of Calabar with a BBS degree, he brings over 7 years of hands-on experience in the heavy equipment industry. Sama acts as a vital bridge for our clients, managing local logistics, project consulting, and personalized after-sales service.
Nicolas Queniat
International Business Development Manager
Nicolas supervises international sales with a primary focus on our French-speaking clientele across Africa and Europe. A native of France and a graduate of the University of Lyon, he possesses over 12 years of sales experience and is fluent in English, French, Italian, and German. Nicolas travels frequently to visit project sites, ensuring that Pioneer’s equipment solutions perfectly align with our customers' regional needs.
Marilyn Granger
Administrative Assistant
Marilyn manages Pioneer’s administrative department, overseeing office procedures and supporting the executive leadership team. Originally from Guyana, South America, she holds an AS in Accounting and brings over 20 years of experience in customer service and administrative management. Her organizational expertise ensures that Pioneer’s internal operations remain as reliable and efficient as the equipment we ship globally.
